The website at www.uk-teaching-jobs.com (the "Website") is operated by Chimera Group Limited. References to "we", "us", "UK Teaching Jobs" or "our" are references to Chimera Group Limited. We are a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09536459).
The following terms and conditions apply to all services provided to the client (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "user").
Your use of the Website and your use and/or purchase of our Products and Services is at all times subject to these Terms and Conditions as applicable (which forms a legally binding contract between you and us) and all applicable laws.
By accessing this Website or using and/or purchasing our Products and Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not use this Website and do not use and/or purchase our Products and Services.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your purchase will be those on the website at the time of purchase.
Any court proceedings brought in relation to these Terms must be heard within the United Kingdom. If you live in England or Wales the laws of England and Wales shall apply.
The contents of this Site are subject to the matters set out right. All users acknowledge and accept the disclaimer right in order to obtain access to this site. English law and jurisdiction applies with respect to contents of this site. Contents are only for general information or use by our clients (as indicated). The information on this Site is updated from time to time. UK Teaching Jobs make no warranty that the contents of the Site are free from infection by viruses or anything else which has contaminating or destructive properties and shall have no liability in respect thereof.
You should note that certain links on the Site lead to resources located on servers maintained by third parties over whom UK Teaching Jobs have no control and accordingly UK Teaching Jobs accept no responsibility or liability for any of the material contained on those servers.
Where part of the Site contains advertising and other material submitted to us by third parties please note that those advertisers are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Site complies with all legal requirements. Although acceptance of advertisements on the Site is subject to our terms and conditions which are available on request, UK Teaching Jobs do not accept liability in respect of any advertisements. All liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law including any implied terms.
These Conditions are deemed to be fully read, understood and accepted by the Client. No variation or alteration to these Conditions or any representations about the Services shall have any effect unless expressly agreed and confirmed in writing by a director of UK Teaching Jobs.
UK Teaching Jobs shall be entitled at any time without notifying the Client to make changes to the Services which are necessary to comply with any applicable security or other statutory requirements and shall determine the manner in which the Services are provided.
All copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the site and the material available on the site belongs to UK Teaching Jobs or its third party suppliers. Use of the site does not give you any proprietary rights in such materials.
Any intellectual property, ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques developed by UK Teaching Jobs or obtained during the execution of the Services will be owned exclusively by UK Teaching Jobs.
With effect from the Start Date UK Teaching Jobs shall provide the Services for the Term subject to the provisions of these Conditions.
UK Teaching Jobs shall not be responsible for any failure to provide the Services, or unavailability of the Site, as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control but the Client accepts that it shall still be responsible for the payment of the Fees as if the Services had been properly provided.
The Client accepts that: UK Teaching Jobs shall not be liable for any failure to provide the Services (or any part thereof) as a result of the Client's failure to comply with the Contract:
- if any quota of Services which are to be used with any period of time specified in the Service Agreement are not used within that period of time;
- then in each case the Client shall still be responsible for the full payment of the Fees as if the Services had been properly and fully provided (and for the avoidance of doubt UK Teaching Jobs shall not be liable for providing any unused Services and such Services may not be carried over to any subsequent period).
The Client: authorises UK Teaching Jobs to accept instructions in relation to the Services (without having to refer to the Client) from any person agreed between UK Teaching Jobs and the Client to be an authorised user;
- accepts that UK Teaching Jobs shall not be responsible for any breach of this Agreement, any delay in performance of the Services or defect or error in the Services which arises as a result of UK Teaching Jobs accepting instructions from such an authorised user;
- shall be responsible for all acts and omissions of any such authorised user as if they were acts or omissions of the Client.
Trial Subscriptions are free for the agreed period and at any point during the trial you can upgrade to any other annual subscription package;
If you decide that you do not want to become a paying user of our service you must terminate your Service before the end of the Free Trial Period. You acknowledge and agree that it is Your responsibility and obligation to provide us written notice before the end of the trial term;
If You don't cancel Your Trial Subscription account before the end of the trial term, You acknowledge and agree UK Teaching Jobs will automatically send you an invoice for the full term of the package.
We reserve the right, in its absolute discretion, to withdraw or to modify this Free Trial Offer at any time without prior notice and with no liability.
Terms of Payment
Unless otherwise agreed by UK Teaching Jobs in writing, payments are due upon receipt of our invoice.
At UK Teaching Jobs we are dedicated to delivering a first class level of service to all clients. However, we accept that things can occasionally go wrong and would rather be told about any concerns you have so that we can take steps to make sure the service you receive meets your expectations in the future. If a dispute regarding our service does arise, and it cannot be resolved please contact us.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion. The Terms and Conditions applicable to your access to and use of this Website and your use and/or purchase of our Products and Services will be the version that is current and displayed on this Website as at each date you access this Website or use and/or purchase our Products and Services (as applicable). Your use of this Website or your use and/or purchase of our Products and Services after changes are made means that you agree to be bound by such changes.
