We are looking for an exceptional practitioner to be our Babyroom leader. The successful applicant must be reliable, honest, qualified, experienced and be able to start work by the end of February 2018, to work along side the current Babyroom leader for 2 months prior to her going on maternity leave.
You will be leading the Babyroom team and will have ultimate responsibility for the safety and care of the babies, and also managing the Babyroom team
Responsibilities and Duties
To ensure the children are safe, and cared for in a happy, nurturing environment.
To plan, prepare and review using the EYFS
To maintain excellent relationships with parents and carers and develop those relationships with new parents
To understand, follow and implement the policies and procedures or the nursery.
Qualifications and Skills
NVQ level 3 or degree qualified
At least 3 years experience of working with babies
Secure knowledge of the EYFS
Professional approach, nurturing personality.
The ability to provide stimulating varied activities and a warm homely environment which is home from home.
Full time post 7.30 - 6 4 or 5 days a week or can be negotiated for the right person.
